You’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy and will focus on bug triage; handling bug reports, reproducing them, investigating the code and ultimately writing fixes that get deployed to production.

Partner with the CFO and business decision makers to shape and operationalize the company’s strategic roadmap, quantifying and accelerating impact on growth, efficiency, and profitability. Work closely with Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.

As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. You will work with DevOps and Security Engineering to harden our entire cloud infrastructure, ensuring security across all AWS resources.

Help drive roadmap, strategy, and long term product vision for Betterhelp's B2B products. Gather requirements, work with technical developers, build technical specifications and prioritize product tasks. Collaborate with design and development team to create a user experience that is both delightful and effective. This role has elements of project management, UI/UX, Data Analysis and Quality Assurance.
