Assist with the creative process by helping to move all audio creative needs, ensuring partners receive talking points, scripts and spots on time.

Drive acquisition, retention, engagement, and long-term growth for our consumer service by developing and implementing data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that elevate the customer experience and maximize customer lifetime value. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, and Brand, to create personalized, scalable customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

This role reports to the Controller and handles key general ledger functions, including prepaids, commissions, credit cards, bonuses, provider payments, accruals, and close processes, while also supporting ad-hoc projects. As a Senior BI and Analytics Engineer at BetterHelp, you’ll deliver scalable, trustworthy, and impactful data solutions that empower teams working on insurance-related initiatives. You will deliver dashboards and ad-hoc analyses with a focus on payer data and health plan performance and ensure data quality and compliance at every stage of the pipeline. You will partner with data and ML engineers and work with a modern data stack: Airflow, FiveTran, Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.

You will use data to drive insight into the product and business with a focus. The ideal candidate would have experience analyzing large and complex data sets related to web products. You'll be doing plenty of experiment design and post-hoc analysis to support product improvements and business decisions.

BetterHelp is in search of someone who is motivated to develop a security framework and establish compliance standards to meet emerging technology challenges and increasing regulatory requirements. You will bridge high level strategic requirements with operational processes while interacting and engaging various BetterHelp teams, departments, and customers. Furthermore, you will establish a security framework standard and create security policies, standards, and processes to meet regulatory compliance such as HIPAA.

Shape the vision/strategy of our UX/UI for our marketplace while mentoring/managing a team of 8+ designers. Create seamlessly designed solutions for our clients and therapists. Lead the design and implementation of a seamless brand experience across the marketplace. Establish strong and effective partnerships with product management, engineering, data science, and user research teams to drive cohesive experiences.

In this role, you will help to accelerate BetterHelp’s International growth across regions by launching product, marketing, and growth strategies to deliver measurable business results. You will take on special projects to grow the international business and refine the way BetterHelp shows up in its international markets. You will also assess the competitive landscape across international markets and improve the way the international Business Unit operates within BetterHelp.
