Drive the marketing strategy focused on building a robust pipeline and contributing directly to revenue goals for Twilio's CPaaS portfolio. Design, scale, and execute demand creation activities and collaborate closely with various teams to leverage global and regional GTM programs and campaigns. Focus on driving the marketing demand creation strategy for our Twilio CPaaS offering and ultimately contributing to ambitious growth targets across APJ.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role focused on acquiring and activating millions of users across TeamSnap’s free and paid consumer products. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across the entire funnel — from awareness and acquisition to activation, engagement, and subscription conversion. You’ll work closely with Product, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing, as well as Data and Engineering teams, to identify growth levers, run experiments, and scale what works.
