The Sr. Contract Manager will review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of agreements, including vendor contracts across SaaS, consulting, event, and other service categories. They will own the end-to-end contract management lifecycle of vendor contracts and MNDAs in Ironclad, including negotiation, redlining, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and escalating with commercial counsel guidance when needed.
