Focus on improving platform resilience by working with platform and product engineering teams. Improve platform abstractions and tooling to make it easier for engineers to build resilient systems. Provide technical leadership around resiliency across Monzo, partnering with the Engineering Director for Platform and other ICs.

Design, develop, and maintain DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines for subsystems and small systems. Select and implement tools, technologies, and methodologies to support automated build, deployment, operation, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments, improving system delivery speed and reliability.

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Build and maintain serverless workflows with Lambda, Step Functions, and related services.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform.

• Build and enhance ML frameworks that support end-to-end ML development and deployment.
• Develop cloud tooling using Terraform, AWS Managed Services, EKS, and Ray to enable scalable ML operations.
• Design and build dashboards and visualization tools for monitoring and analysis.

• Define and drive technical strategy for infrastructure, security, and adoption of modern DevOps methodologies.
• Lead architectural design and evolution of Kubernetes platforms to ensure scalability, reliability, and usability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and streamline software delivery processes.

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of secure, scalable, and compliant cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements, execute pilots, and implement innovative solutions while troubleshooting and optimizing cloud infrastructure.
• Focuses on identity and access management, zero-trust principles, and hybrid-cloud integration, ensuring mission-critical systems operate efficiently and securely.

Seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team to automate and optimize deployment processes. Manage CI/CD pipelines, and actively participate in cloud migration projects. Implement and drive initiatives, contributing to continuous, high-quality improvements.
