Open Positions

  • Provide L3 production support for NICE CXone contact center environments, ensuring platform stability and incident resolution.
  • Monitor platform health using Splunk, Zabbix, CloudWatch, or Datadog and perform root cause analysis.
  • Support ACD, IVR, call routing, agent desktop, digital channels, and cloud integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage the Compliance and Security workstream within a telecom transformation program, coordinating SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and GDPR readiness activities.
  • Build and maintain the workstream plan with milestones, deliverables, and RAID logs, while driving evidence collection and control-owner alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops, track remediation across multiple domains, and ensure alignment with adjacent program streams and governance forums.

  • Interact with external customers to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and partner with architects to improve data-center environments.
  • Initiate multiple projects for Network Operation improvements and execute network change requests with a focus on automation.
  • Review, analyze, and develop network automation for repetitive tasks, ensuring operational excellence.

  • Lead comprehensive assessments of contact center operations to define future-state operating models and optimization roadmaps.
  • Develop prioritized improvement plans with clear business cases, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies for 12- to 36-month horizons.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to redesign workflows, embed continuous improvement practices, and drive change management initiatives.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR solutions, and call routing strategies to deliver scalable customer engagement solutions.
  • Integrate AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and other services with CRM platforms, third-party APIs, and conversational AI like Google Dialogflow CX.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support CI/CD automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, and version control tools.

Scrum Master

  • Manage Omni Channel and telephony projects from planning through successful delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and lead recurring status meetings to track progress and mitigate risks.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain project documentation to adhere to organizational standards and best practices.

  • Define and execute the long-term growth strategy for Managed Services, driving revenue, profitability, and customer success.
  • Build, lead, and scale Managed Services as a dedicated business area with operational excellence and commercial frameworks.
  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle from conversion to renewal, aligning with enterprise sales and stakeholder engagement.

  • Handle escalated L2 support tickets for an AI-powered conversational platform, investigating and resolving complex issues such as logic failures and integration errors.
  • Perform root cause analysis, document findings in defect reports and troubleshooting guides, and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
  • Distinguish between bugs and feature requests, escalate to L3/L4 engineering, and support UAT test case execution during platform releases.

Business Analyst

  • Gather and document business and platform requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for development and support.
  • Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Support workflow orchestration, low-code platform configurations, and contribute to Knowledge Asset delivery including runbooks and UAT test cases.
