Build and configure DTMF IVR menu trees and call flows on Google Cloud CCAIP using queue hierarchy and routing rules. Integrate CRM connectors, virtual agent handoff, and CCAIP APIs while testing every menu path and supporting UAT. Produce configuration documentation, call flow diagrams, and runbooks, following client change control and production processes.
