  • Translate enterprise-level security architecture into actionable, site-level security blueprints aligned with the overall program vision.
  • Define and document the target-state architecture for the Network Security domain, including firewall rule consolidation, VRF-based macro-segmentation, and DDoS mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize legacy security policies by consolidating overlapping firewall rules into streamlined, standardized templates.

  • Design and maintain the logical data architecture for the master Technical Scoping Matrix (TSM)
  • Translate raw and disparate data extracts from multiple legacy network environments into a unified, standardized target-state data model
  • Identify and resolve data anomalies, including duplicate hostnames, inconsistent naming conventions, and structural inconsistencies across datasets

  • Design end-to-end solutions that align with enterprise environments and business needs.
  • Establish and promote best practices, reusable design patterns, and architectural standards.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including backend integration specifications, business logic implementation details, and high-level architecture designs.

  • Design and implement advanced Genesys Cloud WFM configurations, including forecasting, scheduling logic, and real-time adherence with a focus on scalability and automation
  • Develop and maintain custom integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, web services, and external systems (e.g., HRIS, BI tools, ticketing systems)
  • Build automation solutions for WFM processes (e.g., schedule optimization, reporting pipelines, data synchronization)
