The Sr RCM Business Analyst will assist the Digital Transformation team in understanding the organization’s operational needs for both automated and manual solutions to business systems and procedures of diverse scope. The Sr RCM Business Analyst is involved in planning, organizing, and conducting detailed analytical studies to define problems, identify deficiencies and improve solutions, impacting the enterprise’s effectiveness, and provide the basis for issue resolution. They collaborate with users to define business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities to achieve process improvements and revenue savings through automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

The Business Analyst will create the business and functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards. This role involves interacting with business stakeholders to solicit requirements, translating them into detailed specifications and use cases, and working closely with development teams throughout the software build and testing process.

Analyze, document, and optimize reinsurance business processes to align with organizational goals and industry standards. Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for reinsurance systems and processes. Provide subject matter expertise in reinsurance, assisting teams in resolving complex business challenges. Work closely with software development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated.
