This contract role as a Business Analyst involves facilitating healthcare delivery transformation through information and communication technology, focusing on efficient information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector. The role requires someone who is a problem solver, highly organized, a team player, a clear communicator, and outcomes driven.

Instrumental role shaping solutions and concepts across three interconnected product teams. You will drive in-depth analysis of potential solutions, concepts, and cross-team dependencies. You will also contribute to informed decisions on product viability and customer value, effectively extending the capacity of our Product Management function.

Define, plan, and execute strategic programs within Fund Administration, including system implementations, process re-engineering, regulatory initiatives, and product enhancements. Operate autonomously, managing complex programs end-to-end. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, product, legal, compliance, and client-facing teams to gather requirements and align on goals. Act as a connector and integrator across teams and bring forward improvements.

Seeking a Senior Business Architect with a strong understanding of business process modeling and alignment with data modeling and information resource management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with OPS Enterprise Architecture Gating processes, architectural gate points, and the creation, review, and engagement process.

The Change Mgmt Specialist Lead plans and/or executes on the end-to-end delivery of Change Management activities throughout the lifecycle for assigned programs / projects / initiatives in alignment with the change management strategy and business objectives. Leads the change management workstream for programs/projects of significant scale / complexity.
