Responsibilities:

  • Manages end to end implementation activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works with clients, processors, issuers, acquirers, and internal teams to identify requirements.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement of implementation processes, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in payments, financial services, or implementation and project delivery roles.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required, with Portuguese as a plus.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including issuers, acquirers, processors, and network operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in fast paced environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
