Accion seeks a motivated graduate student professional to join our team in the summer of 2025. The Impact Summer Associate will carry out critical projects related to Accion’s impact management system and help accelerate our impact, gaining hands-on experience within an established impact investing firm.

You will work across the business ensuring that the company’s most important operational initiatives are decided on, then completed, thriving in ambiguous situations and flexing into a broad range of responsibilities. You’re able to make decisions when needed, but also don’t mind working with a committee to get things done.

Streamline complex workflows, implement cutting-edge tools, and unlock efficiencies that fuel revenue growth in Sales and Customer Success. Lead revenue insights and automation, using data to enhance forecasting, and manage the GTM tech stack.

As the Business Operations Associate, you will be a strategic partner to clients and staffing partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement scalable solutions. You will lead strategic projects to accelerate the global talent partner network, ensuring client demand is serviced effectively driving growth and efficiency.

As a Customer Operations Workforce Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by forecasting workforce needs, managing real-time staffing, and optimizing scheduling. This role requires expertise in data analysis and workforce management tools to influence the effectiveness of our customer operations team.
