MoCaFi seeks an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our PMO team to bridge the gap between high-level use cases and detailed, actionable business requirements, ensuring the successful development and implementation of innovative payment solutions for the Federal government. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear specifications and intuitive user experiences.
Perform detailed business and systems analysis, document functional and non-functional requirements in the form of user stories in Jira/Confluence. Work with Product Manages / Owners and Delivery Manager to prioritise the product backlog items and identify critical components necessary to define a Minimum Viable Product. Ensure that all product and project documentation are complete and fully handed over to Operations and support service acceptance activities.
