About the Role:
- AllTrails is seeking a Growth Product & Business Analyst hybrid to inform strategy and grow the business.
- This role partners with Analytics Lead, product managers, finance analysts, engineers, and marketers.
- The goal is to uncover new ways to scale growth through data-driven insights.
What you'll be doing:
- Break down complex business and user behavior problems to move core metrics.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments and growth initiatives.
- Standardize business performance reporting and proactively monitor KPIs.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or finance with B2C product analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R/Excel, and dashboarding tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive knowledge-sharing attitude.
