This individual will interact with a variety of business stakeholders as a cross-functional liaison to understand client requirements and issues, partnering with Architects and technical leads to innovate solutions. Independently initiate, facilitate, and participate in fact-finding, green-field discussions, and implementation planning and design meetings. You will suggest innovative solutions to business problems.

Play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and process optimization, especially including design and decision-making for our policy administration system and AI-powered underwriter workbench. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Be instrumental in supporting product development, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.

Drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team. Analyze business processes to find areas for improvement. Work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.

Support the Lynx team as a Business Analyst, playing a key role in further developing services, driving demands into technological solutions, and supporting the business side from an IT perspective. You will clarify demands, have analytical ownership, support the product owner, connect the customer and development team and create documentation.

The Business Analyst will translate business needs into technical objectives by gathering user requirements, developing recommendations for implementation, and identifying solutions to satisfy the business need. Successful candidates will have experience reporting project status to management including risks, issues, and key decisions. You will understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you will work to communicate business needs across various stakeholders. This role will participate in testing and other application support activities, as well, and will work closely with clients and project teams.

This role addresses day-to-day business needs by defining requirements, analyzing processes, conducting impact analysis, supporting Product Owners within the IT Discovery Team, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, creating release notes, developing training documentation, writing acceptance criteria, and developing test plans. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft products is essential for managing requirements and collaborating with technical teams.
