The Analyst configures benefits in the claim adjudication system based on specifications from internal customers and external clients. This role applies knowledge of highly diverse plan designs, formularies, and networks across multiple lines of business, ensuring that claims adjudicate accurately and timely. The Analyst must use sound business judgement and demonstrate the ability to continually prioritize tasks.
This role provides contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis for development programs. You'll develop program cost and schedule baselines, analyze program performance, and monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date, recommending to program manager and program leads. The position involves working with single or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year.
Play a key part in protecting our business and players by managing chargeback disputes, investigating fraud, and ensuring seamless transaction processes. Review, investigate, and resolve chargebacks accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to rules and regulations. Detect, investigate and perform risk analysis regarding reported chargebacks and return transactions.
