- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments in accordance with VA scheduling guidelines.
- Answer inbound calls and route patient inquiries to appropriate clinical staff.
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information and maintain accurate records in electronic health record systems.
