Leads efforts for low and moderate-complex projects and low-complexity programs and supports highly complex projects. Formulates and defines business process and systems scope and objectives for programs and projects. Recommends and applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles, identifying best practices, documenting performance measurements, and identifying technology solutions to streamline processes.

As a part of Harbor’s VG+S team, you will work closely with project team members and client personnel, facilitating requirements gathering, researching best practices, leveraging internal intellectual property, and conducting data analysis to facilitate the implementation of cost savings and process improvement opportunities. You will play a key role in developing and implementing the identified opportunities as well as support practice operations and business development.
