As a Technical Support Advisor, you would join the Contact Center Team that provides 24/7/365 support of TDS customers. You will support TDS customers across all markets by providing assistance to those customers who have flagship, premium and legacy products. You should be highly technical and customer focused to deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide project support for outside plant engineering (OSPE) by working closely with a team of outside plant engineers to ensure that outside plant engineering deliverables created in GIS are completed accurately, on time, in scope and on budget. Routinely perform project-based GIS outside plant records updates and communicate project status updates.
As a Sr. Analyst, you will support the TDS Telecom Business Units with business intelligence activities that include data gathering and analytics, and the development and implementation of data solutions intended to improve operations and overall profitability. You will routinely gather data from various TDS Telecom systems to develop data analytics using tools such as Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft SharePoint.
