Zelis Payments Optimization team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Data Analyst (non-IT) to leverage data-driven insights to support business unit initiatives, perform ad-hoc analysis based on customer/internal requests and summarize/articulate results in a clear concise result. May support and/or lead process improvement projects, ensuring adherence to business, budget, and other requirements.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing key accounts in the automotive aftersales sector, focusing on the German market. This role blends account management, business development, project leadership, and advanced data analysis to deliver outstanding client service and drive growth opportunities. The successful candidate will act as the main liaison between internal teams and clients.
