  • Lead Omada's Clinical Quality department with end-to-end accountability for program integrity, performance, and continuous improvement across cardiometabolic programs.
  • Define and drive the near-term roadmap for program quality, accreditation readiness, quality analytics, and AI bias monitoring.
  • Build durable quality infrastructure that supports a growing portfolio of clinical products and care experiences, partnering across teams.

US Unlimited PTO

  • Build AI-powered tools into engineers' day-to-day workflows (e.g., Claude, VS Code, GitLab, Datadog, internal documentation, Slack chatops).
  • Implement and evolve inference and tool-calling pathways using Claude models on Amazon Bedrock, LiteLLM, and MCP/tool gateways within Omada's secure networks.
  • Partner with teams across Engineering to define AI-augmented SDLC patterns across planning, coding, testing, and operations.

USA Unlimited PTO

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders within Commercial, Corporate Strategy & Ops, and Finance, building trust and shaping people strategies that enable business performance and growth.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, capability planning, and organizational design to improve agility and execution in a fast-changing environment.
  • Guide leaders through AI-related workforce change, using data and AI tools to streamline HRBP workflows and inform leadership decisions.
