Care Delivery’s Capacity & Analytics team is responsible for care team capacity modeling, care team scheduling, data analysis & reporting, and workforce optimization. Omada is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join Care Delivery’s Capacity & Analytics team to build and improve a capacity model, own analysis in support of care delivery initiatives, and define metrics and KPIs.

The Director of SOX Compliance will play a critical role in safeguarding Omada's financial integrity and operational performance. This leadership position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive audit plan that identifies risks, assesses controls, and ensures compliance across the organization. The Account Executive, High Velocity Sales position builds, nurtures, and closes opportunities with employer buyers in Omada’s High Velocity (Small and Medium Business) market segment. A critical aspect of this role is working with internal Omadans and external stakeholders to activate existing Omada Alliances (i.e. Health Plans and PBMs) in ways that lead to “High Velocity” sales.

Oversee payroll operations and stock administration functions, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processes while managing the complexities of equity compensation. Manage equity programs including stock options and ESPP through all plan-related actions. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of payroll systems and stock administration.

As the Senior Clinical Product Manager, Behavioral Science, you'll be a cross-functional leader resolving complex challenges in healthcare and technology. You will partner with Engineering, Product & Design (EPD), and Care Delivery to guide product development, delivering clinically rigorous solutions that produce outcomes at scale. You will also serve as an internal subject matter expert on behavior change, ensuring product experiences are user-centered and grounded in the science of sustainable behavior change.
