Job Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Omada’s strategic consultant relationship management initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to align on consultant partner strategies.
- Lead efforts to identify and engage potential new consultant partners or verticals across different consultant firms.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of previous benefits consulting experience or consultant relations strategy and business development experience
- Account knowledge, consulting and broker contacts, and industry relationships in the employer benefits space
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks within time constraints along with driving relationship management strategy
Working Conditions:
- Remote-first environment.
- Travel is required ~20-30% of any given month.
- Territory is national, but Omada strives to ensure resources are used efficiently in attending in-person activities.
