Your Impact:
- Serve as the single, accountable leader for Omada’s highest‑stakes launches.
- Create and activate a predictable, company‑wide way of launching.
- Raise the bar on launch quality and reliability by establishing clear standards, rituals, and KPIs.
About you:
- 15+ years of experience across product management, product marketing, strategy/operations, or commercial roles, with significant ownership of complex launches.
- Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market for technology or tech-enabled products (B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS) and operating in or alongside healthcare or life sciences environments with clinical, regulatory, and care-delivery complexity.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, including comfort with building business cases, defining success metrics, and using data to refine launch and GTM approaches.
