We are looking for a Europea Intelligence Analyst to join us in an embedded role for our global construction client. You will be based in the client’s Anticipation & Analysis security team, and contributing to international geopolitical and security analysis, risk assessments and advisory services. You will be monitoring, analysing and advising the client on adverse developments in Europe that could affect the safety, security, operational continuity and reputation of the business.

Act as a strategic partner, leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making, align Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies with business goals, and ensure effective collaboration with the People Analytics team. This role involves building and maintaining Talent Acquisition reports, conducting business case analyses, translating growth objectives into actionable plans, and proactively monitoring data-related issues.
