Take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery hyperscalers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), you will be responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects according to the standard offering modules in the area of hyperscalers. As a mainframe system administrator in the area of scheduling and output management, you will be responsible for installation, administration, and operation of scheduling, job, and output management products on the mainframe platform. You will also be responsible for proactive monitoring of productive scheduling, job, and output management products, second and third-level support, resource planning, and standardization of existing installations.

As an Order & Procurement Manager, you will manage procurement activities, process orders, and support purchasing coordination. You will assist in evaluating investment proposals and support technical implementation of deal offer calculations, while also assisting with tenders and collecting relevant data.

Steer the international project of Employee Central implementation in Deutsche Telekom from HR perspective. Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ and steer the IT implementation partner as well as the vendor. Define a global template for data and processes and conduct regular status update calls.
