The MongoDB / Elasticsearch / Linux Sysadm / Ansible Engineer supports various database and automation in a 24/7 Linux environment. Responsibilities include issue resolution for database application alerts, upgrades, patching, security, data restorals and replication, backups and performance tuning. They also include operating system and network troubleshooting. Daily activities include responding to customer requests (tickets and chats) and monitoring alerts, monitoring the production environment, providing acceptable system performance, and assuring data are protected and recoverable as required.

Be directly responsible for the performance of enterprise merchants. Research real-time fraud patterns with our Risk Intelligence team. Deploy fraud-fighting rules and model threshold adjustments to combat fraud in real-time. Improve the important components of the Signifyd Commerce Protection Platform. Communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences, including executives. Contribute to building production machine learning models that identify fraud.

The DBA team is integral to the Software Architecture group, responsible for designing, testing, planning, implementing, protecting, operating, managing, and maintaining enterprise databases. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our databases.

This position is within the Tolling Services team, specializing in electronic road-charging solutions, developing and operating intelligent, kilometer-based tolling systems. As Database admin you will handle incidents, plan / coordinate / implement changes, and update / create / transfer documentation, take over hotline duties and implement vendor patches / security patches.

Integrate new data sources into the platform; Respond to internal user requests and incidents; Co-develop data marts in collaboration with analysts; Ensure the completeness and consistency of analytical data.

As a Lead Data Scientist within the Data Science Methods team, you will drive definition and support of new products and methods development, and improvement initiatives, focusing on innovation in data processing methods for retail measurement and automation of existing statistical procedures. You will define, plan, and execute analyses regarding innovation initiatives, methodology development, standards, and KPIs development and implementation.
