The role is fully remote, but the candidate must be based in Ireland or the UK. Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues. Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers with their software issues. Ability to troubleshoot customer issues in an environment where online and remotely connected to the customer’s systems.
Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues, troubleshooting customer issues remotely, and driving customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure are all aspects of this job. Provide root cause analysis for technical issues! Assist with creating and maintaining relevant knowledge articles. Work with other internal stakeholders as needed to enhance the overall customer experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills promote best practise and new methodologies.
The Security Services Architect will develop, maintain, and optimize the operations of security products and services, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware and WebLogic environments. The team’s core mission is to guide clients in implementing security best practices, for Oracle, SAP, and VMware technologies. You will contribute to defining and delivering Spinnaker Support’s approach to security within the 3rd party support and managed service markets.
