Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote-based SAP 4th level support for our global customers.
  • Resolve complicated SAP SCM and PP related issues requiring expert level supply chain business process, configuration and functional skills.
  • Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients.

Requirements:

  • Must have 18+ years of SAP SCM, PP and PP-PI implementation and support experience.
  • Expert in Production Planning and Production Execution.
  • Deep understanding of EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

Requirements - nice to have:

  • SAP APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer).
  • SAP MEI (Manufacturing Execution Integration) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Other SAP Logistics modules ex. MM, WM, SD, TM, etc.
