- Become a strategic driver behind the growth of Europe’s sovereign cloud!
- Shape and execute our partner marketing strategy.
- Accelerate cloud adoption and expand our partner community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve the customer experience on the Open Telekom Cloud Marketplace.
- Assist customers with platform issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Manage relationships with marketplace sellers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow or similar.
- Strong communication skills in English and German.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
