Evaluate customer interactions and analyze findings, working collaboratively across the team and wider business, providing actionable insight by considering accuracy, customer service performance and adherence to regulatory standards against UW vision, policies and procedures. Conduct interaction monitoring, provide internal operational support, and share trends and insights.

The analyst ensures effective and efficient transactions related to sourcing services. This is achieved through building relationships with suppliers, assisting in cost negotiation, awarding, and contracting—ultimately helping the company grow and become more profitable. The primary responsibility is to run RFx events (Request for Information, Request for Quote, and Request for Proposal) to support the supplier selection process and awarding. This role will be performed in Warsaw.

This role supports Physical Therapists (PTs) through all stages of the licensing and credentialing lifecycle, while ensuring clinicians are appropriately licensed and credentialed to deliver care across various states and health plans. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of licensing and credentialing processes, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
