This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing and procurement strategies to support Smartsheet’s mission, values, and business goals, accelerating business transformation by driving responsible spend management and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Manage the existing portfolio of KYC and KYB vendors, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion. Drive contract extension/new vendor on-boarding. Handles monthly billing, forecasting and usage tracking while ensuring cost effectiveness of all vendors. Conduct market analysis to identify and select new vendors, deploy segment knowledge and insights to create strategy for business growth.

Build, develop, lead Compliance BPO operations and the vendor management team as part of a shared services support function. Drive continuous improvements and quality performance of partner metrics such as quality, productivity, staffing, training, attrition, and efficiency. Hold vendors accountable to executing Coinbase operational excellence & contractual standards.
