You’ll play a key role in ensuring our practitioners deliver care that’s safe, ethical, and fully compliant with NSQHS, prescribing laws, and telehealth privacy standards. You’ll work closely with clinical data, AI-assisted tools, and cross-functional teams to run regular audits, surface insights, and support improvements to our quality systems.
As an Implementation Manager for our iQueue for Operating Rooms product, your primary focus will be leading the implementation of our product at customer sites to ensure a smooth, high-quality rollout and that the customer is well-positioned to achieve their operational goals. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational needs, configure the product to meet those needs, and set them up for long-term success with a strong handoff to our Outcomes and Client Success teams.
