Strategischer Einkäufer RX (m/w/d)

As a Strategic Purchaser (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping the pharmaceutical procurement strategy for Germany. You will conduct important negotiations, optimize conditions and build long-term partnerships with key players in the industry. In doing so, you will use the new dynamics in the market created by the e-prescription to jointly identify and strategically expand innovative business opportunities with manufacturers. Your responsibilities include leading strategic negotiations in the Rx pharmaceutical sector, establishing and maintaining supplier relationships in Germany to ensure long-term alignment and performance, and driving market and manufacturer developments while moderating negotiations and annual meetings. You will be involved end-to-end, from the supplier side to the end-consumer perspective. You will develop and implement a negotiation framework to scale and standardize close collaboration with suppliers, manage contracts, purchasing conditions, and trading conditions within complex regulatory requirements. You will also shape multi-year strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
