Accountable for delivering projects and supporting the companyβs Project Management Office infrastructure, with a particular focus on cross-functional projects and operational improvement. Accountable for the implementation and maintenance of the WelbeHealth Quality Operations program, this role assists with audits, as well as monitors staff compliance with state and federal regulations and WelbeHealth policies and procedures. Driving quality and compliance across multiple markets, partnering closely with leaders and interdisciplinary teams (IDTs) to elevate care delivery and ensure regulatory excellence. This role shape quality strategy, leads root cause analyses (RCAs), and mentoring new specialists.
The People Specialist, Compensation advances department functions using excellent processes, emerging technologies, and agile work approaches. They are accountable for designing, developing, coordinating, conducting, and implementing effective programs. This role requires strong program management, communication, analytical skills, and understanding of process and scalability.
Leads core People Team functions including Contact Center, People Technology, People Analytics, and Innovation β driving continuous improvement, service excellence, and special projects that elevate the WelbeHealth Team Member experience . This role ensures seamless on-boarding, responsive inquiry resolution, and a modern digital employment experience, while championing data as the foundation for People Team decisions.
