The Vice President, Healthcare Business Operations & Growth will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable revenue growth. This leader will oversee the business operations function, including account management, enrollment, business intelligence, performance reporting, and growth initiatives. This role is remote, with established core hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST.

As an Onboarding Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Regard’s mission, leading customers through seamless implementations that drive rapid adoption and measurable impact. You will partner closely with hospital executives, physician leaders, and cross-functional Regard teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic startup environment.

This pivotal role is responsible for defining and executing a scalable, AI-enabled, data-driven, and proactive customer success experience for our global portfolio of customers. You will leverage automation, data analytics, and self-service resources to drive customer adoption, health, and retention, complementing our high-touch Customer Success programs. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience leading customers to value.
