Drive operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and strategic planning across Circle’s product organization. You’ll play a critical leadership role in scaling processes, aligning resources, and executing key initiatives that ensure the product team is focused, informed, and delivering with clarity and impact. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-company teams.
Design and implement processes for collecting user feedback, analyze data to drive product improvements, and organize user education programs to increase product understanding and satisfaction. Project Management : Monitor project timelines and ensure completion of initiatives on schedule and to a high standard. Continuously review and enhance product development and maintenance processes.
This role is critical to supporting the Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) in driving growth initiatives for all firms as part of the “Grow” phase of our Ready, Set, Grow onboarding process. The Growth Operations Director will act as the primary connector between RVPs, firm leadership, and Crete departmental leads, ensuring everyone has the information and tools needed.

This role involves ideating, piloting, testing, and rolling out new processes to improve customer service. The intern will also help make recommendations to improve customer support, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive operational excellence across teams.
As an Operations Associate, you will help the Payins team ensure operations run smoothly and processes are optimized, internally and externally. You will manage data and reporting, support different departments, identify operational issues, and recommend solutions to improve company efficiency and conversion rates.
