Director of Operations

About the Role:

• Manage the fulfillment department, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of link-building services.
• Oversee team performance and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with developers and Customer Success to troubleshoot and improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all link-building orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Query databases to analyze productivity, identify bottlenecks, and suggest workflow improvements.
• Create and update SOPs to keep processes standardized and information accessible.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of using AI to streamline operations - with a strong focus on AI-driven automation.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to think outside the box and proactively address process bottlenecks.
