Chief of Staff to the Managing Director of AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Managing Director to translate priorities into sequenced plans.
• Design processes that embed AI tools into client workflows and internal operations.
• Produce executive materials that drive alignment and decisions.

AI Process Design:

• Create repeatable processes for AI implementation.
• Design prompts and knowledge bases optimized for reusability.
• Implement automation using no/low-code tools.

Client Service Delivery:

• Lead AI adoption initiatives, managing stakeholder alignment and training.
• Coordinate solution build-outs with internal teammates and external partners.
• Design change-management approaches to address skill gaps.

Operations & Project Management:

• Manage staffing assignments and subcontractor contributions.
• Track time against SOWs and manage vendors.
• Establish shared dashboards for delivery health.
