Systems Ownership & Implementation:
- Serve as the operations lead and subject-matter expert for Greenhouse, PayCom, and Salesforce.
- Lead system implementations, enhancements, and workflow design in partnership with HR, Recruiting, Sales, Operations, and IT.
- Drive adoption, process standardization, and user accountability across teams.
Executive Reporting & Analytics:
- Own the definition, integrity, and delivery of executive-level operational reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports related to provider productivity, recruiting performance and facility onboarding.
- Translate raw data into clear narratives and insights for the executive team and board.
Cross-Functional Program Management:
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across recruiting, operations, sales, and technology.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
- Identify operational risks, data gaps, and process breakdowns early—and drive resolution.
