About the Role:
- Enables Equip’s Care Operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care at scale.
- Identifies operational opportunities and leads cross-functional projects.
- Partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the development of Care Operations strategies and planning efforts.
- Identifies, develops and executes initiatives.
- Analyzes operational data to determine actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, program management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
