Job Description
Privia Health is looking for a Senior Practice Operations Analyst to join their Analytics team. The analyst will be responsible for developing analyses, reports, and financial models to aid in making data-driven decisions. The analyst will work directly with practices and market leaders to prioritize same-store growth opportunities to improve physician and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop benchmark comparisons and financial models to project the economic impact of changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve practice and market performance.
- Discover and implement process improvements to improve analytics team efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic plans to improve physician satisfaction and practice profitability.
- Manage relations between IT, Product Engineering, and functional business areas.
