As a Support Operations and Insights Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of support professionals. Responsibilities include leading support reporting and workforce planning, identifying performance gaps, driving process improvements, and building the infrastructure needed to support a rapidly evolving support function. You will also own critical workforce management processes such as forecasting, capacity planning, and headcount modeling.
