- Drive Deel’s operational strategy across products, services, and market expansions with a focus on scale and efficiency.

- Define, scope, and execute high-priority initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives and delivering results.
- Strong analytical and data skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
