People Operations Lead

Operational Excellence & Scaling:

• Drive operational excellence by designing and implementing scalable, compliant global processes for core People Operations functions.
• Deep dive on existing processes and procedures to create best in class.
• Align with operational rhythm of the business.

HR Technology & Data Intelligence:

• Act as the primary owner of HRIS data (e.g., Workday), ensuring data integrity and "single source of truth" reporting.
• Design and maintain people systems workflows that automate the employee experience, reduce manual errors, and deliver a seamless, high-quality employee UX across the lifecycle.

Employee Experience & Support:

• Act as the escalation point for complex employee queries regarding policy, benefits, and leaves of absence by managing the People Operations ticketing system and AI chatbot.
• Develop and execute strategy for maintaining internal and employee facing People Team resources that are easily accessible and can be referenced by AI tools.
• Collaborate with the Employee Experience Manager to participate in projects to further enhance and globalize our People Operations processes.
