Senior Manager, People Operations

What You'll Do:

• Build, hire, and lead a high performing People Operations team by setting clear vision, priorities, operating rhythms, and standards for execution.
• Influence the long-term operating model for People Operations to support future scale.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, employee changes, leaves, offboarding, documentation management, background checks, work authorization, and compliance administration.

Skills You Need:

• You have 10 plus years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, including experience leading teams.
• You have built or significantly evolved a scalable, data driven people operations function across the full employee lifecycle.
• Deep experience owning, implementing, and optimizing enterprise HRIS and people systems in high growth environments, including tools such as Rippling, Pave, and Carta.
