As an Analytics Engineer, you will build the data foundation that powers key decisions across product, operations, and strategy. You will take ownership of our data stack from ingestion through modeling in dbt to build efficient, robust data pipelines. You’ll collaborate daily with Analysts, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers, as well as stakeholders from Product and Engineering.
This role is key to enabling seamless collaboration between internal teams and external payor partners. You’ll be the connection between Credentialing Operations and the Payor Partnerships team translating complex requirements into operational strategies and actioning on payor needs. You should be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and a strong relationship builder. You’ll need to understand the nuances of Medicaid and thrive in ambiguous environments.
You'll help build the internal developer ecosystem powering Grow’s next-generation mental healthcare platform. You’ll join a mission-driven team where engineering decisions have broad organizational impact and directly support Grow’s goal of making affordable mental health care more accessible across the U.S. As a platform engineer, you’ll tackle complex challenges spanning AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes (EKS) operations, CI/CD pipelines, and the tooling, automations, and workflows that drive Grow’s engineering velocity.

You will be growing the network of referring medical organizations. As a Software Engineer on the Billing Platform team, you’ll play a key role in evolving one of our foundational billing systems critical to the success of our business model, owning the backbone of our financial infrastructure. You will design and evolve scalable, reliable backend systems that support high availability and performance, write high-quality, maintainable code, and conduct thoughtful code reviews and technical mentorship.
As a Customer Support Specialist at Grow Therapy you will be at the forefront of our mission to make high-quality mental healthcare accessible and affordable. You will serve as a passionate advocate for both our Clients and Therapists, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their journey with us. You will play a crucial role at Grow by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Design, develop, and deploy a scalable search ranking algorithm to enhance and personalize user experience on the Grow Therapy platform. Collaborate with data scientists to define and extract relevant features from large datasets. Implement machine learning models for search ranking, including training, evaluation, and optimization. Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support the continuous improvement of the search algorithm.
Craft clear, inclusive, and trustworthy product experiences across our client and provider products. Define content strategy, shape value propositions, build language systems, and write the UI copy that powers critical workflows. Bring strong product instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex mental and behavioral healthcare and insurance concepts into language that helps people move forward with confidence.
