We're seeking a Senior or Staff Product Designer to join our growing Design team and help shape the future of mental health technology. This is a senior-level role for an experienced designer ready to take on significant ownership and influence. You'll have the unique opportunity to work on 0-to-1 products that directly impact millions of users seeking mental health support.

In this role, you’ll handle warm, inbound phone leads from prospective clients, thoughtfully matching them with a Grow provider who best meets their mental health needs. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the booking process, following up as needed to secure appointments and ensure a seamless experience. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters who excel in a balance of structure and autonomy.

Help expand Grow Therapy's intake channels, scale critical infrastructure, and deliver impact across a rapidly growing network of partners. This role is full-stack by design: you’ll work across backend services (Python/Flask) and frontend React/TypeScript applications. Applicants are expected to be equally comfortable improving a frontend booking flow or shaping an API spec.

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Business Analytics to lead a team of business data analysts driving insight, clarity, and performance across our business. This role will partner deeply with cross-functional teams to develop analytical tools that guide decision-making to accelerate company performance. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker and experienced in building and coaching high-performing teams.

This role will own operational excellence for Grow’s internal-facing functions: Clinical, Success, Credentialing, Onboarding, and Community. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, own complex HubSpot workflows and partner closely with internal operations leadership to drive performance and process improvement. You'll manage a team of people and processes while setting a high bar for what “great” looks like.

As a Credentialing Coordinator, you'll be the first line of support for providers who have questions about their credentialing process, helping them navigate next steps and resolve issues quickly. Acting as Credentialing Department liaison for both internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and responding to provider inquiries. You'll also surface themes from inquiries that help us streamline workflows and improve the provider experience.

You will be at the forefront of Grow Therapy's mission to make high-quality mental healthcare accessible and affordable. You will serve as a passionate advocate for both Clients and Therapists, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their journey with Grow Therapy. You will play a crucial role by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting and educating customers on our platform, and identifying opportunities for continued customer growth.
