About the Role:
- You will connect with clients via phone, SMS, and email to re-engage them in care.
- Your goal is to help them navigate options, rebook, or rematch with a provider.
- You'll work with an autodialer for first outreach and clean handoffs for follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct live conversations with high empathy and document every interaction.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Provider Ops, Support, and BPO teams.
- Learn payor-specific programs to shape each client's path back to care.
Qualification:
- You have 1–3 years of experience in client success, care navigation, or mental health.
- You communicate with warmth and clarity across phone, SMS, and email.
- You can balance structure with empathy and thrive in fast-paced environments.
