As a People Associate, you will support a range of HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, resource planning, and talent management. You will provide guidance on employee relations matters, develop HR policies, and assist with organizational change. The role requires strong knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
