Lead a high-performing team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Associates, oversee the day-to-day operations of DashMart locations, ensuring site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Drive Site Profitability, review site P&Ls, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans to achieve goals. You will also design, build and execute process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experience.

You will be responsible for growing one of DoorDash's most nascent Drive products by leading complex, cross-functional projects that scale strategic partnerships and unlock product-market fit. You'll drive initiatives from concept to launch, working closely with product, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and impact. Success depends on your ability to understand partners’ goals and business models inside and out, translating insight into clear priorities.

As the Manager, People Technology Integrations, you will own the integration strategy for the People organization, transforming how we deliver technical services. You will influence leadership on new ways to drive efficiency, compliance, and productivity through the platforms managed. You will build scalable processes, partner with Information Security to protect our data, and identify creative solutions that accelerate delivery through automation and smart design.

In this role, you'll design and produce multimedia-rich e-learning content enabling operators and leaders to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and apply it effectively. You will translate business needs into learner-centric instructional design, build interactive e-learning modules, and develop multimedia content. Partner with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational priorities and continuously improve existing content.

You'll develop and improve DoorDash's infrastructure in this role, working with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders. The Infrastructure team designs, builds, and operates the infrastructure that enables large scale simulation testing, continuous integration, and machine learning. You will design and implement infrastructure to enable autonomous vehicle development.

Drive inclusive culture strategy and initiatives across DoorDash, Wolt, and other global partner companies. Launch and lead programs through process and product optimization, change management & comms, and stakeholder management. Provide tactical, day-to-day support for global slate of ERGs across companies. Design, implement, and own equity-focused programs. Work globally across the 30+ countries and build bridges between colleagues. Work directly with global ERG communities.
