As an Onboarding and Enablement Manager, you’ll own the critical first chapters of the customer journey: onboarding new customers and driving enablement for existing ones. Your mission is to guide customers through successful implementation and adoption of the Blackthorn suite of Salesforce-native products, ensuring they achieve measurable value quickly and sustainably.

We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead enterprise-level onboarding and implementation projects for major insurance carriers. You will own the end-to-end implementation process and timeline—from kickoff to go-live—and serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met while maintaining alignment with our platform’s capabilities and roadmap. You will also manage risks and build partner roadmaps.
