This role will lead and develop members of the Business Operations team to deliver on key operational initiatives. You will help drive strategy, including determining and uncovering opportunities for improvement, and then develop effective and scalable operational processes to ensure a world-class experience for both patients & providers. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional.

The Sr. Manager, Customer Contracting and Implementation is responsible for leading and driving health plan and employer customer implementation initiatives across the organization, ensuring the execution of successful customer contracts and owning the end to end implementation process, including overseeing the successful onboarding, implementation, and transition of new clients into the organization's services.
