About the Role:
- You will drive success and growth of a portfolio of complex client programs and utility contracts.
- You'll shape strategy, oversee performance, and lead cross-functional teams toward exceptional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead portfolio outcomes for delivery, client satisfaction, financial results, and business growth.
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with utility clients, regulators, and partners.
- Develop workforce planning, succession plans, and leadership capability across the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years leading energy efficiency programs or utility portfolios.
- 7+ years of leadership experience with accountability for senior leaders and business outcomes.
- Experience directing complex portfolios with contract performance, risk management, and growth.
