Assist with driving customer participation in programs that incentivize the adoption of distributed and community solar. This position will be a part of the Consumer Protection team supporting work as the Program Administrator for Illinois Shines. Evaluate participating customer complaints and investigate allegations of Program violations.
In this role, you will work with other research analysts, data scientists, project managers, policy analysts, engineers, and other experts and have a broad impact on state, national, and international energy markets through work for major utilities, local and state governments, and non-governmental organizations.
As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for major North American utilities. Responsibilities include processing rebate project applications, tracking work assignments, and communicating with team members.
