As a Project Manager II, you will support the design, development, and implementation of ESJ components in energy efficiency programs, ensuring all customers receive a fair share of program benefits. Your contributions will help center equity in program design and implementation. You will provide operational support, manage project budgets and schedules, and interact with stakeholders.

Assist with driving customer participation in programs that incentivize the adoption of distributed and community solar and play a role in helping the team make a decarbonized grid a reality. The role will report to the Director of the Consumer Protection team and will support work as the Program Administrator for Illinois Shines.

Senior Technical Writers provide essential services for Energy Solutions' projects. They contribute to a wide range of documents in response to external client requests. Assignments may include creating original content, editing existing materials, or drafting documents. Responsibilities include drafting or editing original content, engaging with complex regulatory and technical material, and ensuring consistent standards and voice throughout all reports.

This position will be a part of the Consumer Protection team supporting our work as the Program Administrator for Illinois Shines. The Illinois Shines program (the “Program”) is the statewide incentive program aimed to assist people across Illinois to more affordably transition to solar power. Responsibilities include evaluating participating customer complaints, working with consumers to facilitate resolution, and investigating program violations.
